How to get help.
Write to [email protected] about anything: your account, a map, a connection, or an agent that did something you did not expect. We answer by email. We have not set a response time, so we do not promise one.

Where to write
- Help with Maplith
- [email protected]
- Security
- [email protected], with Security in the subject: a vulnerability you found, or an account or agent key you think is compromised.
- Privacy and legal
- [email protected], the contact our privacy policy, terms and DPA name.
Never send us an agent key, a password or your export files by email. We will never ask for them. If a question is about data in your exports, describe it instead of attaching it.

What to put in the message
- The name of your workspace, and the page or tool you were using.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The exact error text. When an error from Maplith carries a next step, paste that too.
- For an agent connection: which assistant you use, such as ChatGPT or Claude.

Connecting an assistant
Maplith works with any assistant that can use an MCP server. Add https://app.maplith.com/api/mcp as the server, sign in to Maplith when the assistant asks, and pick the workspace to connect. The MCP reference has the steps.
To disconnect, remove Maplith in your assistant and revoke the connection’s key in your workspace’s Settings. Revoking takes effect at once.
